Plai known as Partridge Estates is contingen[ upon the following:
1) Tha[ a sCOrm drainage and grading plan per Seciion 30-69(H) be
submitted prior to final pla[ submi[ta1 , and be in such form as to
mee[ reyuirements of the Subdivision Ordinance, and thaL the
approval of same be secured prior to final pla[ submittal.
2) Tha[ prior m final pLat submiGtal , a proposed signage plan
be submi[[ed to resolve the problem associa[ed wi[h [he inter-
