Second Addition [o Flora Kuhn Krueger PlaC is contingen[ upon Che following:
1) Payment of park fees in lieu of parkland dedication of $100 per lo[
prior to final plat approval.
2) A covenant be placed on the face of [he final plat requiring a $100
per vnit fee in lieu of parkland dedication.
3) That a grading and dtainage plan be submitted and approved prior to
final pLat approval .
4) A covenan[ be placed on the final plat relative to siorm drainage
and grading plan pursuan[ to Sec[ion 30-69(H) of [he Ci[y of Oshkosh
Subdivision Ordinence.
5) Tliat the pceliminary pl.at meet all. requirements of Section 30-69
Design Standards of the City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance.
