A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSNKOSH REPEALING AND RECREATING
CHAPTER 11 OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO THE ELECTAICAL
CODE.
The Common Council of ihe City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Tha[ Chap[er 11 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining
to the Electrical Code is repeaLed and recrea[ed to read as follows:

SECTION 11-27 APPLICATION FOR TYPE C ELECTRICAL COP]TRACTORS' LICENSE
All applications foe Typet C electcical contzactors' license shall be
made to the Electrical Inspectoc on forms furnished £o� such puzpose.
(A) Applicants for a Type C (electrical contzactoc 's) license and

SECTION 11-57 PENALTIES
Any person convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of this
Chaptec shall be punished by a forfeiture of not ]. ess than Fifty
Dollars ( $50.00) for the first conviction, not less than One Hundred
Dollars ($100.00) for the second conviction for violations of any
provision of this Chapter and not less than Two Hundred Dollacs
( $200.00) for the third or subsequent conviction foe violating any
provision of this Chapte[ , nor more than Five Hundred Dollars
( 5500.00) together with the costs of prosecution and in default of
payment thereof by imprisonment for not exceeding sixty (60) days.
Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
