PURPOSE: CREATION OF TAX INCREMENTAL FINANCE DISTRICT -0l6

WHEREAS, [he Plan Conmission has held a public hearing on the creaiion
of a Tax In<rement�District and [he proposed boundarles thereof; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Execuiive Officers of [he Oshkosh Area School
Distric[, Winnebago County Board, and other enti[ies having power [o levy
taxes on property located within the proposed TID have been notified includ-
ing the School Board of any school districi which includes proper[y within
[he proposed Dis[rict pursuant [o Section 66.46(a) , Wieconsin S[atu[es.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Coancil of [he Ci[y of
Oshkosh hereby approves creation of Tax Incremental Financing District
No. 6, City ot Oshkosh, described as follows:
