For and in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein , COUNTY and RECIPIENT agree to amend the contract originally entered into by the parties on December 31 , 7979 , as subsequently amended and extended , except as Y�ereinafter provided : SECTION I: RESPONSIBILITIES OF RECIPIENT � A. COUNTY agrees to provide AECIPIENT funding in the amount of $20 �549. 00 of State of Wisconsin funds . B. COUNTY agrees to provide RECIPIENT funding in the amount of $1 �461 .00 of County funds . C . RECIPIENT agrees to provide $11 , 413 . 00 Cash Match and . $1 ,800 .00 In-Kind Match to be applied as a matching share to Federal and State funds . Cash Match and In-Kind Match shall be applied toward the cost of older adult program(s) funded through this CONTRACT. D . RECIPIENT may in no case oGligate Federal , State � or County monies provided through this COIJTRACT beyond DecernUer 37 , 19b9 . COUNTY agrees to provide RECIPIENT funding in the amount of $9 ,000 .00 of Federal Older Americans Act funds . B. RECIPIENT agrees to provide $2,000 .00 Cash Match and $972.00 In-Kind Match to be applied as a matching share to Federal and State funds . Cash Match and In-Kind Match shall be applied toward the cost of older adult program(s ) funded through this CONTRACT. C . RECIPIENT may in no case obligate Federal , State, or County monies provided through this CONTRACT beyond December 31 , 1989 .
