The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows : SECTION 1 . That Section 7-it (B) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to fees for obtaining sidewalk grades :s amended by increasing the fee to Fifteen Dollars ( $15 .00 ) . SECTION 2 . ( G) In the event , activity b��ins or the Buildir.g I�spector finds s��ch activity co�pleted before a permit is issued a�d the appropriate fees are paid , the permit Fees specified herein shall be doubled and shall be paid by the owner or aoent i�r�cciutely upon notification from thc Inspectorp however� the payment of �uch double fees shall not reli=ve any person from fully complying with all of the regulations of this Chayter� nor from any other penalties prescribed in this Code . That Section 7-42(E) of the Oshkosh I9unicipal Code pertaining to fecs for projection licenses is amended by i�creasing Lhe !'ees in ( 1 ) for � io�s to �50 each sio� and in ( 2) for other projections to $75 each. In the event activity begins or the Heating Inspector finds such activity completed before a permit is issued and the appropriate fecs are paid , the per�it fees specified herein shal l be doubled and shall be paid by the owner or aoent immediately upon notification from the Inspector; however, the payment of such double fees shall net relieve anY Person from fully co¢plying with all of the regulatio�s of this Chapter, nor from any other penalties prescribed in this Code . SECTION 5• That Section 11-30(H) of the Oshkosh tAunicipal Code pertaining to Type 5 Lice�se fees i& amended b9 increa�ing the original application fee to Fifty Dolldrs ( $50 .00 ) . SECTIODI 6. That Section 16-41(A) of the Ost,kosh Municipzl Code pertaining to the term of a roomi�g house operating license is acended by reducing the effective term oF such license to one ( 1 ) year � inclutling any renewals thereof. SECTION 9• That Section 20-5(A)(3) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertainin6 to plumbin� perMit fees is amended to inerease 2ach fee listed therein to $10.00 � except that for each fixture whether new installation or replaceeent and all plugoed openings for future fixtures the fee shall be $4 .00 For each fixture , minimum fee $10 .00 . - 75 - Deceuber 1 , 1988 #385 #414 Cont 'd . That Section 20-8(A)(4) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to double fees is repealed and recreated to read as follows : cu) Psxpla Esas In the event activity begins or the Plumbing Inspector finds such activity completed beFore a permit is issued and the appropriate fees are paid , the permit fees specified herein shall be doubletl and shall be paid by the owner or agent immediately upon notificatio❑ from the inspector; however, the payment of such double fees shall r,ot relieve any person from fully complying with all of the regulations of this Chapter, nor from any other penalties prescribed in this Code . SECTION 11 . That Section 25-39 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to application for a moving permit is amended by adding thereto the following: "The fee for such permit shall be $5�.00 for any structure untler 500 square feet and $100.00 for any structure 500 square feet or larger , and shall be paid prior to issuance of the permit ." SECTION 12. That Section 29-7.1 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to fees for weights and measures inspections is avended by increasing the base fee to "$20.00 per person or establishment" and the hourly charge for specialized and non-categorized devices/variable and consultant services to "$27.00 per hour or fraction thereof" . SECTION 13 . That Section 29-7.1 of the Oshkosh Municipal Cotle pertai�ing to fees for weight and measures inspections is further amended by adding thereto the following: "In the event the appropriate fees are not timely paid , the inspection fees shall be doubled and shall be paid by the owner or agent immediately upo❑ notice from the Sealer; however, the payme�t of such double fees shall not relieve any person from fully complyi�g with all the regulations of this chapter, nor from any other penalties prescribed in this Code . SECTION 14. The foregoi�g fees shall be effective and collected by the proper City officials on a�d after January 1 , 1989 . SECTIOPd 15. This Ordina�ce shall be i� full force and effect from and after its passage and publication .
