Home My WebLink About35175 / 88-430 December 15, 1988 k q3p RESOLUTION (CARRIED LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN ) PURPOSE: WRITE OFF DELINQUENT PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION WHEREAS, efforts to collect certain delinquent personal property taxes have been unsuccessful and it is necessary to write off those delinquencies for accounting purposes only; and WHEREAS, it is further necessary to transfer funds to facilitate this accounting procedure; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Cammon Council of the City of Oshkosh that the proper City officials are authorized and directed to transfer the sum of $26,379.00 from Account No. 310-550, General Fund Equity, to Account No. 088-fi90, Tax Refund Account. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVE� that the proper City officials are authorized and directed to write off, for accounting purposes only, the attached delinquent personal property taxes.
