PURPOSE: EXECUTE RELOCATION ORDER
INITIATED BY: CITY A�MINISTRATION
PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved 9-0
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that
the attached Relocation Order for Koeller Street from West 20th Avenue to
north of the Wisconsin and Southern Railroad right-of-way is approved and that
the proper City officials are authorized and directed to execute the Order for
acquisition of property as shown on the attached right-of-way map, pursuant
to authority granted under Sections 32.05 and 62.22 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
