PURPOSE: APPROVE PROPERTY TRANSACTIONS/KOELLER STREET
INITIATED BY: CITY A�MINISTRATION
PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved, 9-0
WHEREAS, the previously approved relocation plan for Koeller Street
from West 20th Avenue to north of the Wisconsin and Southern Railroad tracks
contemplated the acquisition X7�( disposition of property for street right-of-
and
way; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE� by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh
that the proper City officials are authorized and directed to accept from the
State of Wisconsin a deed conveying to the City the property described in
Exhibit "A" attached.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officials are authcrized and
directed to ccnvey by deed to Carousel , Inc. , the property described in
Exhibit "A" attached.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officials are authorized and
directed to accept from Carocsel , Inc. , a deed conveying to the City the property
described in Exhibit "B" attached , and to dedicate same for street right-of-way
purposes. Money for this purpose is appropriated from: Account No. 338-999 --
Street Improvement Fund Expenditures. and shal] be in the amount of $7256.80.
