detectors are requlred , one on each floor of each unit and
one in the basement . (total of 4)
2 . NEC There is no access available for the front unit tenant to
the service panel . [mmediate access is required for both
tenants .
3 . 16-34 (3 ) A GFI electrical wall type receptacle is required in the
front units bathroom.
4 . t6-35 (3) There is an uncontrollable leak jn the bath sink in the
front apartment .
5 . 16-35 (3) There is a leak under the kitchen sink of the front unit .
6. 16-33 (6) A handrail is required to the second floor on the stairs of
' the front unit .
7, 16-34 (3 ) The cover is missing on the receptacle in the rear units
bathroom.
8 . 16-35 ( 1 ) The roofing on the dwelling is in poor condition allowing
rainwater to leak through into the rear bedroom. This area
has been patched before. ,
9 . 16-35 (3) There is an open , sewer condition in the bas ent where a
hole has been drilled into the waste line. ��e cleanout
