SUSTAINABLE OSHKOSH WEBSITE UPDATES
Ms. Williams provided the subcommittee with a brief overview of the process for making updates to the
Sustainable Oshkosh webpage.
Ms. Hamze requested the number of hits the website received in 2014.
Ms. Williams agreed to check with staff in the IT Division and planned to report findings at the next
meeting.
Ms. Hamze suggested that each member be assigned to review a portion of the website to check content
for relevance and activity, noting whether content should remain on the website in the future.

and design options that could be incorporated into the future update request.
Ms. Williams reminded members that the layout would need to remain similar to the existing website and
that all updates would be subject to review and approval of the IT Division. Ms. Williams suggested that
subcommittee members summarize their requests in writing to aid in future update discussions.
