First Addi[ion Co Windsor Green Subdivision ie con[ingent upon the foll.owing :
1) Paymeni of park fees in lieu of parkland dedicaCion of $100 per lot prior
to final plat approval.
2) A covenan[ be placed on [he face of [he final plet requiring a $100 per
vni[ fee in lieu of parkland dedi<a[ion.
3) That a grading and drainage plan be svbmitted and approved prior [o final
plaC approval.
4) The developer be responeible for all capi[a1 improvement cos[s incurred
by [his developmen[.
5) A covenant be placed on the face of [he final plat relative [o s[orm draio-
age and grading plan pureuan[ to Sec[ion 30-69(N) of the Ci[y of Oshkosh
S�bdivision Ordinance.
6) The lo[s in Block 2 6e numbered sequentially from 1-16.
7) Tha[ only lois 1-12 in Block 2 and lots 4-6 in Block 4 be developed until
