INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
WHEREAS, on April 20, 1989, no bids were acwpted for $2,635,000 City
of Oshkosh Corporate Purpose Bonds, Series 1989;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Counci] of the City of
Oshkosh , Wisconsin, that the aforesaid bonds shall be publicly offered for the
sale and such sale shall be appropriately noticed by publication in The 6ond 6uycr
not less than ten days prior to the proposed date of sale.

The City Council of the City of Oshkosh, Winnebago Countg, Wiscorsin,
met in regular open, public session at its regular meeting place on Nay 4, 1989, at Z

RESOLUTION with respect to the advertisement for sale
of general obligation bonds.
WHEREAS, on April 20, 1989, no bids were accepted for 52,675,000 City of
Oshkosh Corporate Purpose Bonds, Series 1989;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Oshkosh, Wisconsin that the aforesaid bonds shall be publicly offered for the sale ar.d
such sale shall be appropriately noticed by publication in The Bond Buper not ,ess than
ten days prior to the proposed date of sale.
