H66 OPERATIONAL MANAGEMEN'P PARAMETERS OF THE GRAND OPERA HOUSE April 18, 1989 in order to ensure the financial integrity of the Grand oyera House and the development of the opera House as a cultural, artistic, economic, and educational resource, and to promote such development based on the recommendations contained within the State of the Opera House Report of 2-89, the Grand Opera House administration is empowered to market, provide advice and counsel, and cooperate with public, quasi-p�blic, and private entrepreneurs and agencies. This cooperation may come in the form of consultation and services but does not imply financial sponsorship. These services will not in any way place the City at financial risk and a waiver and hold harmless agreement will be obtained from entities to which encouragement, support, advice, and/or counsel is provided. Furthermore, the execution of these services will not compromise the work required in the day to day administration of the Grand opera House.
