WHEREAS, applications for licenses have been made, fees deposited, and
all legal procedures have been taken as per Ordinance of the City of Oshkosh,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that the following licenses be granted:

Oshkosh City Council
To Whom It May Concern:
The Sacred Heart Parish located at 1020 W. 6th is holding their
annual church picnic the weekend of June 23, 24 and 25, 1989.
The picnic will be operated on the parking and recreation areas
located west of the church. The picnic committee has obtained
the services of the Great Lakes Security Agency to assist in
crowd control and I.D. checks.
With this in mind, we are requesting a special Class B license
for our picnic dates . Your consideration in granting us this
license is greatly appreciated by the Sacred Heart Picnic
Committee.
