The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That Section 27-8(B-2.1) ,(B-3) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to speed limits is hereby amended as follows: B-2.1 THIRTY (30) MILES PER HOUR FOR ALL VEHICLES ON THE FOLLOWING NAMED STREETS: Add Thereto: Oregon Street from 24th Avenue to 28th Avenue. B-3 THIRTY-FIVE (35) MILES PER HOUR FOR ALL VEHICLES ON THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIED CITY STREETS: Delete Therefrom: Oregon Street from 24th Avenue to Waukau Avenue. Add Thereto: Oregon Street from 28th Avenue to Waukau Avenue. SECTION 2. That Section 27-23(A-7) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to traffic signal controlled intersections designated is hereby amended as follows: A-7 TRAFFIC SIGNAL CONTROLLED INTERSECTIONS DESIGNATED Add Thereto: Pearl Avenue and Market Street Witzel Avenue and Washburn Street 20th Avenuz and. Koeller Street SECTION 3. That Section 27-24(A-8) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to through streets designated is hereby amended as follows: A-8 THROUGH STREETS DESIGNATED Delete Therefrom: Pearl Avenue from North Main Street to Wisconsin Street except at its intersection with Division Street and Jackson Street. - 3 - JULY 6, 1989 #164 ORDINANCE July 20, 1989 #191 Continued MINNESOTA STREET Add Thereto: Handicapped parking, west side, from 95 feet south of lOth Avenue to 110 feet south of lOth Avenue and 120 feet south of lOth Avenue to 135 feet south. No parking, west side, from 110 feet south of lOth Avenue to 120 feet south. SCHOOL AVENUE Delete Therefrom: Angle parking, south side, from Bowen Street to 3bU reet east of BowEn Sireet. No parking, north side, from Rosalia Street to 40 feet east of Bowen Street. Add Thereto: No parking, north side, from Rosalia Street to 360 feet east of Bowen Street. 9TH AVENUE Delete Therefrom: No parking, front of Peace Lutheran Church, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Sundays. No parking, north side, from Oregon Street to 216 feet west of Oregon Street. 2-hour parking, north side, from 216 feet west of Oregon Street to 50 feet east of Minnesota Street. Add Thereto: No parking, north side, from Oregon Street to 159 feet west. 2-he!!r oark�ng, north side, from 159 feet west of Oregon Street to 363 feet west. No parking, north side, from 363 feet west of Oregon Street to 426 feet west. 2-hour parking, north side, from 426 feet west of Oregon Street to 50 feet east of Minnesota Street. Handicapped parking, north side, from 297 feet west of Oregon Street to 363 feet west between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. on Sundays. SECTION 6. South Park Avenue and W. 20th Avenue. Witzel Avenue from Ohio Street to city limits except at its intersection with Sawyer Street. W. 20th Avenue from Oregon Street to W. South Park Avenue. Add Thereto: Pearl Avenue from North Main Street to Wisconsin Street except at its intersection with Market St.reet, ��vision Street and Jacks�n StrePt. Witzel Avenue from Ohio Street to the city limits except at its intersection with Campbell Road, Sawyer Street, Koeller Street and Washburn Street. West 20th Avenue from Oregon Street to the city limits except at its intersection with Knapp Street, South Park Avenue and Washburn Street. Knapp Street from Witzel Avenue to West 20th Avenue except at its intersection with West 9th Avenue and West South Park Avenue. SECTION 4. That Section 27-26(A-10) of the Municipal Code pertaining to vehicles to yield right of way is hereby amended as follows: A-10 YIELD RIGHT OF WAY INTERSECTIONS DESIGNATED Delete Therefrom: Eastman Street yields to $aldwin Avenue. Add Th'ereto: Eastman Street yields to Baldwin Avenue and Melvin A:�en:�e. SECTION 5. That Section 27-31(A-11) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to parking regulations on designated streets and alleys is hereby amended as follows: A-11 PARKING REGULATIONS ON DESIGNATED STREETS AND ALLEYS BEECH STREET Add Thereto: 2-hour parking, west side, from 15 feet south of Stillwell Avenue to 45 feet north of Gruenwald Avenue between 6: . . . . .
