PURPOSE: APPROVE PRELIMINARY PLAT/THIRD ADDITION TO FOX CHASE
INITIATED BY: THOMAS RUSCH
PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved 8-0 with conditions
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the
Preliminary Plat known as Third Addition to Fox Chase, described below,
is hereby approved.
All of Lots 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, vacated Wah Wah Taysee
Way and vacated Fox Tail Lane in the Second Addition to Fox Chase being a part
of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 29, T18N, R16E, 13th Ward, City of
Oshkosh, Wirmebago Coimty, Wisconsin containing 3.357 acres of land and being
described by: Com��encing at the E 1/4 corner of said Section 29; thence S
00-17-14 W 725.28 ft; thence N 89-04-12 W 182.44 ft to the true point of
beginning; r�mning thence S 00-14-34 W 287.66 ft; thence N 89-45-26 W 150.00
ft; thence S 85-38-08 W 60.20 ft; thence N 89-04--12 W 150.01 ft; thence N
00-14-34 E 100.00 ft; thence S 89-04-12 E 120.37 ft; thence N 00-55-4$ E
60.00 ft; thence N 89-04-12 W 479.58 ft; thence N 00-17-14 E 135.01 ft;
thence S 89-04-12 E 718.42 ft to the true point of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval of the Preliminary Plat known
as Third Addition to Fox Chase is contingent upon the following:
1) A covenant be placed on the face of the final plat requiring a $100
per unit fee in lieu of parkland dedication.
2) That a $100 per lot fee be paid in lieu of parkland dedication prior
to approval of the final plat.
3) That the final plat meet all requirements of Section 30-68 Final �
Plat of the City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance.
4) The developer be responsible for all capital improvement costs
incurred by this development.
5) That Lots 103-112 not be developed until such time that the sewer
service boundary is amended to include these lots in the sewer
service area.
6) A drainage plan be submitted and approved prior to submitting the
final plat.
