Building and Heating, Ventilatinc� and Air Conditznning Code, chapters
ILt�2 50-64, 66 & 69. These p�ans have NOT beeri reviewed for conformance to the
Plumbing Cod� (chs. II�ff`c 81-8n} , the Elec.trical Cad� (ch. I�2 164 and any
II�2 code not specifically mentianed.
Subject to local regulations, constru�tion may proceed except for those
conditi�.s listed belcxa. The n��ary corr�ctions must be made before
construction begins. The owner, as defined in ck�apter 101 .01 (2) (e) ,
Wis�onsin Statutes, is respoz�.sible for compliance with aIl c:ode requirements.
The owner shall notify the state building inspectar and Iocal officials before
taking pc�ssession of th� building. The building will be inspected during arui
after construction.

in quadruplicate, and b� accompanied by the Plans Approval Application form
{SB-118) and fees. When the building volume exceeds 50,000 cubic feet, a11
application forms shall include the name of the building �r camponent
designer AND BE SI� BY 'THE SCTPE�tVISING PROF'F�SIONAL OF 'I'E� PRQTE�I'.
Prior to installation, oa�e copy of the wood truss plans and calculati�ans s2-�all
be submitted to this office and one copy provided at the job sit�. When the
total building volume exceed.5 50,000 cubic feet, each set of plans shali bear
an indicatian of review which has been sign� or initialled by the building
designer of record.
