PURPOSE: SET PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR BUDGET CONSIDERATION
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 65 of the Wisconsin Statutes and
ordinances of the City of Oshkosh for adoption pursuant thereto, the
proposed Budget for the year 1990 is being prepared after taking into
consideration the financial requirements for the City of Oshkosh for
1990, together with anticipated revenue, including revenue sharing
funds, for the year 1990; and
WHEREAS, the Statutes require that a summary of such Budget be
prepared for public inspection and that a time and place be fixed for
a public hearing on such Budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City
of Oshkosh that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and
directed to set the time for said public hearing and to give notice
thereof as provided by law.
