PURPOSE: APPROVE FINAL PLAT KNOWN AS MANOR HEIGHTS

BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the
Final �lat known as Manor Heights, described below, is hereby approved.
A part of Goverrmient Lot 1 of Fractional S2ction 1, T17N, R16E, 14th Ward,
City of Oshkosh, Wirmebago County, Wisconsin and being described by:
Cumiencing at the N 1/4 corner of said Fractional Section 1; thence N 89°-52'-
27" E 715.18 ft., along the N line of said Goverrunent Lot 1 to the true point
of beginning; running thence S 09°-20'-28" E 224.37 ft.; thence N 89°-52'-27"
E 120.00 ft.; thence S 09°-20'-28" E 200.00 ft.; thence S 89°-52'-/+9" W 250.21
ft.; thence N 09°-20'-28" W 150.00 ft.; thence S 89°-52'-27'� W 157.77 ft.; thence
S 09°-20'-28" E 833.89 ft.; thence Sly 307.87 ft., along the arc of a cimre to
the right having a radius of 11,398.75 ft. and the chord of which bears S 08°-34'-

including all the land lying between the meander line and the water's edge of
Lake Winnebago and containing 22.05 acres of land.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval of the Final Plat known as Manor
Heights is contingent upon the following: •
1) The developer be responsibie for all capital improvement
costs incurred by this development.
2) The structure on Lot 23 and within the proposed right-of-way
for Castle Court be removed within 6 months of final plat
approval.
