This building is to be used only as a duplex
and is in the
R-2 Two family residence District.
LIMITATIONS:
Ma.zimuID floor loading: 40 lbs . per sq. ft. live loading
Maximum number of persons and/or living units: two
living units .
This permit is not to be construed as an approval of footings because footings
N OTE; were poured without obtaining an inspection and approval before pouring.
Backfilling around foundation walls was performed without obtaining an inspection
and approval of drain tiles and crushed stone covering.
This permit is not to be construed as an approval of wall insulation and vapor
barriers because wall insulation was covered without inspection or approval.
A new Certificate of Occupancy shall be required prior to
occupancy, should additional building(s ) be erected, or should
any buildings mentioned above be altered or moved. The use of
land, or buildings shall not be changed until a Certificate of
Occupancy is issued for that occupancy.
