Ordinancea of the City of Oshkosh.

of dwellin�s containin� a basement; such tile shall be
covered with ei�xht (8) inches of porous material such
_ as ptiravel.
—2-37 (i ) West foundation wall - Foundation basement walls below
?�rade shall_ be plastered on the outside with cement
mortar not less than one-half ( ) inch thick from the
footin�; u� to the outside rade levels.
NOTE: All procedures for waternroofin� foundation walls shall be
ins�ected and approved by the �3uildin� Insnector nrior to
backfilling. West foundation wall shall be uncovered so that
proper wa erproo ng proce ures can a e p ace. o ac fillin�
to take place until approval is �iven by the Building Inspector.
