PURPOSE: PERMANENT ZONING - MANSKE ANNEXATION AND A PORTION OF
KIRKWOOD DRIVE ANNEXATION

PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved 8-0 w/1 Present
A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 30-14(B)
OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO ZONING DISTRICTS .
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1 . That Section 30-14 (B ) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code
pertaining to Zoning Districts and the map therein described is
hereby amended by adding thereto the district character of the
following described area:
MANSKE ANNEXATION - annexed to the 6th Ward on March 1 , 1990
PORTION OF KIRKWOOD DRIVE ANNEXATION - annexed to the 6th Ward
on May 18 , 1989
ZONINGS : R-1 Single Family Residence & R-3 Multiple Dwelling
(per the attached "Exhibit A" )
R-1 Single Family Residence
The E 466.60 ft. of the NE 1/4 of tlie SW 1/4 and the S 55 ft. of the
E 466.b0 ft. of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 21, T18N, R16E,
6th Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin.
� R-3 Multiple Dwelling �
The NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and the S 55 ft. of the SE 1/4 of the NW
1/4 (northern portion of Witzel Ave. right-of-way) , in Section 21,
TiBN, R16E, 6th Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM: (1) The E 466.60 ft. of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4
of said Section 21. (2) The S 55 ft. of the E 466.60 ft. of the
SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 21. (3) The S 55 ft. of the
W 90 ft. of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 21. (4) The
N 260 ft. of the W 90 ft. of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said
Section 21.
