PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved 8-0 w/lpresent w/conditions BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the Preliminary Plat known as Country Side Estates , described below, is hereby approved. A part of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 21, T18N, R16E, 6th Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago Coi.mty, Wisconsin containing 12.3398 acres and being described by: Camiencir� at the Center of said Section 21; thence S 00°-31'-16" E 50.00 ft. along the E line of the SW 1/4 of said Section 21 to a point on the S line of Witzel Ave. and being the true point of beginning; thence continue S 00°-31'-16" W 1277.05 ft. along the E line of the SW 1/4 of said Section 21 to the SE corner of the NE 1/4 of the SW1/4 of said Section 21; thence N 89°-S1'-47" W 426.61 ft. along the S line of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 21 to the NW corner of Lot 5 of Abbey Subdivision; thence N 00°-31'-16" E 1277.79 ft. to a point on the S line of Witzel Ave.; thence S 89°-45'-47" E 426.61 ft. along the S line of Witzel Ave. to the true point of beginning.
