PURPOSE: APPROVE PARAMEDIC AGREEMENT FOR EAA CONVENTION
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh
that the attached Agreement between the City of Oshkosh and
Winnebago County for paramedic duties during the 1990 EAA
Convention is hereby approved and the proper City officials are
hereby authorized and directed to enter into same.

A G R E E M E N T
RE: Cit� of Oshkosh and Winnebago County
Additional Two-Man Paramedic Unit at
1990 EAA Convention - July 27-Aug. 2, 1990
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this day of
April, 1990, by and between Winnebago County, a State of Wiscon-
sin Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called "COUNTY" , and the
City of Oshkosh, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called
"CITY" , provides as follows:
A. PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT
It is recognized that the City will be providing one regular
paramedic unit to be stationed at the Fire Station on Wittman
Field Airport on a 12-hour basis during the 1990 EAA Convention.
The County has requested the City provide an additional paramedic
unit at the Airport during said Convention and the City is
willing to do so and this Agreement incorporates the
understandings of the parties insofar as such additional unit.
B. AUTHORIZATION
This Agreement is authorized by sec. 66. 30 (2) , Wis. Stats.
C. CITY SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED
Provide one (1) additional two-man paramedic unit to be
present on Wittman Field Airport, Oshkosh, Wisconsin, during the
1990 EAA Convention, to-wit, from 8: 00 A.M. to 8: 00 P.M. daily
beginning Friday, July 27, 1990, and ending at approximately 8: 00
P.M. Thursday, August 2, 1990, which unit shall be staffed with
off-duty paramedics.

D. COUNTY OBLIGATIONS
The parties agree that the County obligations hereunder are
as follows:
(1) To pay the City, as cost reimbursement, all direct
costs associated with providing the off-duty
paramedics, vehicle, equipment rental, and other
supplies and materials insofar as the additional para-
medic unit covered hereunder.
(2) County payment is to be made within fifteen (15) days
after receipt of a statement of costs hereunder from
the City.
E. TERMINATION
This Agreement shall terminate upon County performance of
its obligations hereunder.
