PURPOSE: APPROVE FINAL PLAT/COUNTRY SIDE ESTATES
INITIATED BY: SECURITY LAND DEVELOPMENT INC .
PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved 5-0 w/conditions
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that
the Final Plat known as Country Side Estates , described below, is
hereby approved.
A part of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 21, T18N, R16E, 6th
Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin and being
described by: Commencing at the S 1/4 corner of said Section 21•,
thence N 00°-31'-38" E 1327.08 ft. along the E li.ne of the SW 1/4 .
of said Section 21 to the true point of beginning; running thence
N 89°-Sl'-31�� W 426.60 ft. ; thence N 00°-31'-38" E 100.00 ft. to
a point 163 ft. more or less from the centerline of Sawyer Cr. ;
thence continue N 00°-31'-38" E 377.65 ft. to a point 215 ft. from
the cente'rline of Sawyer Cr. ; thence along a meander line N 89°-
45'-41" W 80.00 ft. to a point 208 ft. more or less from the center-
line of Sawyer Cr. and the end of the meander line; thence N 00°-
31'38" E 800.00 ft. ; thence S 89°-45'-41" E 506.60 ft. ; thence S
00°-31'38" W 1276.93 ft. to the true point of beginning, including
all the land lying between the meander line and the centerline of
Sawyer Cr. and containing 14.1975 acres.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approva.l of the Final Plat known as
Country Side Estates is contingent upon the following :
1 ) That a $100 per lot fee be paid in lieu of parkland dedication
prior to approval of the final plat .
2 ) That the final plat meet all requirements of Section 30-68
Final Plat of the City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance .
3 ) The developer be responsible for all capital improvement
costs .
4 ) A drainage plan be submitted and approved prior to the
issuance of building permits within ;�7iis development. ����}� ^
