Residence is a permitted use. On August 27,2002 the City of Oshkosh Common Council approved a zone
change from M-2 Central Industrial District to its current zoning,making the subject property's use status
conforming with district regularions. If the property is damaged by fue,explosion,act of god or the public
enemy to the extent of more than fifty(50)percent of its current total assessed value,the owners may
restore or rebuild,provided the structure conforms to setback and height regulations of the district in which
