BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval of the Revised Final Plat known as Westleigh Farms Subdivision is contingent upon the following: 1) Payment of park fees in lieu of parkland dedication of $100 per lot prior to final plat approval. 2) That a grading and drainage plan be submitted and approved prior to final plat approval. 3) That the developer be responsible for all capital improvement costs incurred by this development. 4) That all applicable standards of Ctiapter 236, Wis. Stats. , must be met. 5) That the final plat meet all requirements of Section 30-68 Final Plat of the City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance. 6) Approval of this final plat is based on the resolution of the law suit challenging the Westleigh Annexation.
