HomeMy WebLinkAbout90-376 OCTOBER 18, 1990 90-376 RESOLUTION {CARRIED LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN ) PURPOSE: GRANT EASEMENT - GLATZ PARK INITIATED BY: WISCONSIN BELL PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved 6-0 with conditions BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached Deed of Easement with Wisconsin Bell for the placement and maintenance of underground cables and the construction of a cabinet to house phone equipment within Glatz Park along Doty Street, and more fully described in the attached "Exhibit A".
