The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That Section 30-14(B) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to Zoning Districts and the map therein described is hereby amended by adding thereto the district character of the following area, and more fully described in the attached "Exhibit A": RUBERT ANNEXATION - Annexed to the 12th and 15th Ward on September 6, 1990 ZONING: R-1 Single Family & R-3 Multiple Dwelling Planned District (per the attached "Exhibit B") SECTION 2.
