A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSIIKOSH AMENDING SECTION 30-14(B)OF THE OSHKOSt�
hSUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO ZONING DISTRICTS.
The Common Council of the City of Oslikosh do or�lain as follaws:
SECTION 1. The Kirkwood Drive Annexation area was annexed to the City with
temporary zonings of R-1 Single Family Residence and C-2 Light Commercial, and a
developer desires permanent zoning of a portion of said Annexation area to Ue
altered to conform with his development plan.
SECTION 2. That Section 30-14(B) of the Oshkosh hiunicipa] Code lu��rtaining to
Zoning Districts and the map therein described is hereby amendeci by adding thereto
the district character of the following area, more fully ciescribed in the attached
"Exhibit A":
PORTION OF KIRKWOOD DRIVE ANNEXATION-Annexed to 6th Ward on May 1R, 19ft9
ZONING: R-3 Multiple Dwelling and C-2 Light Commercial
(per the attached "Exhibit B"}
SECTION 3. Tliat this Ordinance sliall be in full force and effect from a�id
after its passage and publ.ication.
