A REQUEST FOR 2 HOUR PARKING ON COMMERCE STREET, WEST SIDE, FROM CEAPE AVENUE TO PEARL AVENUE (CURRENT CONDITION: 30 MINUTE PARKING AND LOADING ZONE) Mr. Collins said the owners of City Center thought the loading zones were still there from Morton Pharmacy. The owner of Caramel Crisp contacted him and said she requested the loading zone in front of her store. She said she could live without the loading zone but requested parking be changed to 2 hours to accommodate those who want to dine and shop. Chanda Anderson, of 542 W. 16th Avenue, said that she has an occasional need for the loading zone. She requested 2 hour parking. Mr. Schuster moved to accept item 1 and Mr. Herman seconded the motion. Motion carried (5-0). 2. There being no other business to come before the Traffic Review Advisory Board, and upon being duly moved and seconded (Schuster, Herman), the meeting adjourned at 4:15 p.m. Motion carried (5-0).
