PURPOSE: APPROVE FINAL PLAT/MEADOW RIDGE
INITIATED BY: FORWARD DEVELOPMENT OF OSHKOSH, INC.
PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved 8-0 w/1 present w/conditions
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the Final
Plat known as Meadow Ridge, described below, is hereby approved.
being all of
Lot 3 and a part of Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 1660 as recorded in
Volume i on Page 1660 of Certified Survey Maps in the Winnebago County
Registry and being a part of the Southeast Quarter (SE;) of the Southeast
Quarter (S�`-.) and a part of the Southwest Quarter (SW;) of the Southeast
Quarter (SE;) of Section Twenty (20), Township Eighteen (18) North, Range
Sixteen (l6) East, Sixth (6th) Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County,
Wisconsin and being described as follaas:
Commencing at the Southeast Corner of said Section 20; thence N.89°-
16'-29"W. 870.10 feet, along the South line of the SE� of said Section 20
to the true point of beginning; thence N.89°-16'-29"W. 367.54 feet; thence
N.00°-24'-47"W. 220.68 feet; thence N.89°-13'-26"W. 120.00 feet; thence N.00°-
27'-07"W. 1108.34 feet; thence 5.89°-22'-58"E. 688.25 feet; thence S.00°-
15'-53"E. 1050.42 feet; thence N.89°-16'-29"W. 197.45 feet; thence S.00°-
27'-07"E. 279.94 feet to the true point of beginning and containing 19.067
Acres of land.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval of the Final Plat known as Meadow Ridge
is contingent upon the following:
1) That a $100 per lot fee be paid in lieu of parkland dedication prior to approval
of the final plat.
2) That the final plat meet all requirements of Section 30-68 Final Plat of the City
of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance.
3) The developer be responsible for all capital improvement costs.
4) A drainage plan be submitted and approved prior to final plat approval.
5) Ali applicable standards of Chapter 236, Wis, Stats. , mi�st be met.

6) A covenant be placed on the face of the final �plat restricting direct vehicular
