BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval of the Preliminary Plat known as Quail Run is contingent upon the following: 1) Payment of park fees in lieu of parkland dedication of $100 per lot prior to final plat approval. 2) A covenant be placed on the face of the final plat requiring a $100 per unit fee in lieu of parkland dedication. 3) That the final plat meet all requirements of Section 30-68 Final Plat of the City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance. - 27 - , FEBRUARY 7, 1991 91-41 RESOLUTION (corit'd) 4) That the developer be responsible for all capital improvement costs incurred by this development. 5) That a drainage and grading plan be submitted and approved prior to final plat submittal. 6) A covenant be placed on the face of the final plat relative to storm drainage and grading plan pursuant to Section 30-69(H) of the City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance. 7) A covenant be placed on the face of t}�e final plat restricting direct � vehicular access onto W. 9th Avenue. 8 ) That the general locational map be completed to show overall street lay out and submitted for review prior to submittal of the final plat. 9) That the north-south streets that cross W. 9th Ave. be given the same name in both the Quail Run and Pheasant Creek plats. 10) That a new street name be substituted for "Quail Run Drive", since this street name was approved for the Westleigh Farms Subdivision in 1989, unless the subdivider of Westleigh Farms would agree to change the street name in that plat. 11) That a covenant be placed on the face of the final plat addressing the maintenance of the public areas identified on the preliminary plat. The covenant should indicate who is responsible for actual maintenance of the area(s) and who is responsible for cost of said maintenance.
