PURPOSE: APPROVE REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT/FIRST ADD. TO WESTLEIGH FABMS

PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved 8-0 w/conditions
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the Revised
Preliminary Plat known as First Addition to Westleigh Farms, described below, is
�hereby approved.
A part of the Northeast Quarter (NE1) of the Northeast Quarter (NE�) and the Southeast
Quarter (SE�) of the Northeast Quarter (NE�) of Section Twenty-nine (29) , Township Eighteen
(18) North, Range Sixteen (l6) East, Thirteenth (13th) Ward, City of Oshkosh, lJinnebago
County, lv'isconsin containing 37.490 Acres of land and being described by:
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said Section 29; thence S.00°-25'-40"E. 1310.96
feet, along the East line of the NE,-�, of said Section 29; thence N.89°-16'-3l"W. 388.00 feet
to the true point of beginning; running thence S.89°-34'-20"W, 120.00 feet ; thence S.64°-
03'-47"W. 64.44 feet; thence 5.81°-58'-42"tJ. 127.96 feet;. thence S.09°-15'-25"E. 116.18
feet; thence S.45°-40'-39"E. 116.16 feet; thence 5.51°-43'-58"E. 82.13 feet; thence N.38°-
16'-02"E. 30.00 feet ; thence S.Sl°-43'-58"E. 120.00 feet; thence 5.37°-4l '-48"E. 61 .85 feet;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval of the Revised Preliminary Plat known as
First Addition to Westleigh Farms is contingent upon the following:
1) Payment of park fees in lieu of parkland dedication of $100 per lot prior to
final plat approval.
2) A covenant be placed on the face of the final plat requiring a $100 per unit
fee in lieu of parkland dedication.
3) That the final plat meet all requirements of Section 30-68 Final Plat of the
City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance.

4) That the developer be responsible for all capital improvement costs incurred
by this development.
5) That a drainage and grading plan be submitted and approved prior to final plat
submittal.
6) A covenant be placed on the face of the final plat relative to storm drainage
and grading plan pursuant to Section 30-69(H) of the City of Oshkosh
Subdivision Ordinance.
7) All applicable standards of Chapter 236, Wis. Stats. , must be met.
8) That the lots in the proposed plat be consecutively renumbered prior to final
plat submittal.
