Oshkosh, WI. , 54901
Dear Mr. Youngwirth:

On January 28, 1985, Capt. Robert Vajgrt of the Fire Inspector's
Office and I reinspected portions of your property known as 1005 West
7th Avenue to ascertain whether or not the violations noted in our
letters dated December 11, 1984 and December 12, 1984 had been cor-
rected.
During my inspection, I noted that there are still six (6) un-
related persons occupying the second floor apartment. Inasmuch as
you have not applied for a rooming house license with the Housing or
Zoning Offices, the occupancy of the second floor apartment shall be
reduced to not more than four (4) unrelated persons.
On February l, 1985, I will reinspect the property to assure com- '
pliance with this letter. If at that time, the occupancy has not been
reduced, I will refer the matter to the City Attorney's Office for
prosecution and the issuance of citations. At the time of the inspec-
tion, at least two of the sleeping room doors shall be unlocked or re-
moved to determine whether pr not the occupancy has been reduced.
Si c ely,
