PURPOSE: PERMANENT ZONING - RADDATZ/KRAMER ANNEXATION

PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved 6-0 w/1 Present
A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 30-14(B) OF THE
OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO ZONING DISTRICTS.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 30-14(B) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to
Zoning Districts and the map therein described is hereby amended by adding thereto
the district character of the following described area.
RADDATZ/KRAMER ANNEXATION - Annexed to the 14th Ward on February 7, 1991
ZONING: M-2 Industrial & M-2 Industrial Planned District (per the attached
Exhibit "B")
(see attached "Exhibit A" for legal descriptioti)
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and publication.

Winnebago County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the E 1/4
corner of said Section 2, thence S 01-44-33 W 666.78 ft. along the E line of
said Section 2 to the true point of beginning, thence S 89-53-33 W 56.26 ft.
to the W line of C.T.H. "I", thence S 89-53-33 W 254.07 ft. , thence N 89-57-11
W 291.21 ft. , thence W to a point on the W line of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
said Section 2 that is 668.24 ft. S of the NW corner of the SE 1/4 of said

corner of the Red Oaks Acres Assessors Plat, thence E along the N line of the
Red Oak Acres Assessors Plat to the NE corner of the Red 0ak Acres Assessors

Assessors Plat to the S line of the SE 1/4 of said Section 2, thence E along
the S line of the SE 1/4 of said Section 2 to the SE corner of the SE 1/4 of
