Dear Bruce :
Per our phone conversation on 9/ 17/90 regarding 624 W. 7th- .
� we are currently looking into tearing the house down and
building a new duplex. The lot is zoned R-2 and we are working
on plans to fit the lot size of 70 x 90 .
We are goin� �¢o try to get this project s�arted by the end of '-'
this year.
In the meantime we ba�� hired Schommer B�:ectric to check the
unsafe electrical condition there .

Dear Ch.ack :
It has been brought to our attention that you are using the
upstairs of 624 W. 7th Ave. as a bedroom and have extension
cords being used in an unsafe manner.
Yota�.�also have someone living with you that is not on the lease.
These both are in violation of your lease and must be corrected
immediately.
Schommer Electric has been hired by us to come in and do some
electrical work. Please work with him so he can have access �o
the electrical service.
