HomeMy WebLinkAbout91-293 JUNE 6, 1991 �UNE 20, 1991 91-256 91-293 ORDINANCE FIRST READING SECOND READING (CARRIED LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN ) PURPOSE: PERMANENT ZONING - A PORTION OF THE JACKSON HEIGHTS ANNEXATION INITIATED BY: TOD HUNTER, ETAL PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved 6-0 A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 30-14(B) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO ZONING DISTRICTS. The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows: SECTION 1 . That Section 30-14(B) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to Zoning Districts and the map therein described is hereby amended by adding thereto the district character of the following described area. A PORTION OF THE JACKSON HEIGHTS ANNEXATION AREA - Annexed to the 12th Ward on March 21, 1991 ZONING: R-1 Single Family Residence A part of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 35, T19N, R16E, 12th Ward, City of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the SE corner of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 35; thence N along the E line of said NE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 35 to the extended N line of Lots 8-14 of Block 4, of the Jackson Heights Plat, thence W along the N line of said Lots 8-14 to the W line of the Jackson Heights Plat, also being the W line of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 35, thence S along the W line of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 35 to the SW Corner of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 35; the E along the S line of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 35 to the SE Corner of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 35, also being the point of beginning. (Generally described as those lots abutting Zarling Ave. ) SECTION 2.
