1 16-37A(1) The owner of every dwelling shall be responsible for maintaining in a safe, clean and
good condition all communal, shared or public areas of the dwelling and appurtenant
premises. Yazds shall be maintained by the owner according to the provisions of
Section 18-69A and 18-79.1 B of the Oshkosh Property Maintenance Code.
2 16-35A(6) No owner shall rent to any other person for occupancy or allow any person to occupy
any dwelling unit or premises unless it is safe and clean and complies with all
provisions of the Minimum Housing Code and Section 18-79.1 of the Property
Maintenance Code.
3 16-37A(2) Every occupant of a dwelling or dwelling unit shall maintain in a clean condition that
part of the dwelling, dwelling unit and yard which he/she occupies or controls.
4 7-48E If the building or part thereof is unsanitary and unfit for human habitation, occupancy
or use, and not in danger of structural collapse, the Building Inspector shall post a
placard on the premises with the following words: "This Building Cannot be Used
for Human Habitation, Occupancy or Use". And it shall be the duty of the
Building Inspector to prohibit the use of the building for human habitation,occupancy
or use until the necessary repairs have been made. This Single Family Dwelling
has been posted as Unfit for Human Habitation, Occupancy or Use.
5 18-79.1 B The yard is strewn with debris, garbage and building materials. Even though a permit
has been issued it is the responsibility of the owner to keep the yard maintained and in

CORRECTION SCHEDULE
The dwelling(per item#4) shall not be advertised for rent or rented or occupied until
an inspection has been made and approval given by the Building Inspector. The
building is without electricity and thereby Unfit for Occupancy.
Item#5 sha11 be corrected before July 24, 1995.
