Introduction An inspection of your property during inspections in the neighborhood revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh
Municipal Code,which shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item. If you have any questions

Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance,eyesore and/or hazard.There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking
spaces, except in the driveways of single-family and two-family dwellings. *"At inspection a vehicle was parked on the yard on
the South side of the property. Vehicles and trailers can only be parked in designated areas(driveway or garage). Move the
vehicle to the driveway or garage.
Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as
specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you
do not contact this office to verify compliance your property willl be re-inspected after 4/26/13. If it is found that you are still not
in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
�olations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 4/26/2013

Request line at 236-5128 noting the ss, permit number(when applicable),and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
