decayed soffits , facia , trim , roof eaves , chippecl and
peeting Paint . The entire building shail be scraped ,
primed and properly painted only after all deteriorated
� portions of the soffits , facia , trim, roof eaves etc.
have been replaced with proper materials .
2 . 18-79 . 1A Al1 deteriorated windows , screens and storms shall be
repaired or replaced and properly painted . All basement
windows shall be repaired , insulation and plastic showing
from the street shall be removed or properly covered .
3 . 16-35 la� The porch roof and main roof are in extremely poor condi -
tion especially on the East side. Tenants informed me
today that the roof leaked during the rain last Tuesday .
The roof shall be replaced to include the repair of alt
damaged sheeting . The roof leaking has been a continuous
source of complaint on this building .
4 , l8^79 . 16 All of the Junk and debris around the building , couch ,
broken storms/screens , garbage , large �timbers etc. shall
be removed and properly dlsposed of .
