The entire building shail be scraped , primed and properly painted only after all deteriorated � portions of the soffits , facia , trim, roof eaves etc. have been replaced with proper materials . 2 . 18-79 . 1A Al1 deteriorated windows , screens and storms shall be repaired or replaced and properly painted . All basement windows shall be repaired , insulation and plastic showing from the street shall be removed or properly covered . 3 . 16-35 la� The porch roof and main roof are in extremely poor condi - tion especially on the East side. Tenants informed me today that the roof leaked during the rain last Tuesday . The roof shall be replaced to include the repair of alt damaged sheeting . The roof leaking has been a continuous source of complaint on this building . 4 , l8^79 . 16 All of the Junk and debris around the building , couch , broken storms/screens , garbage , large �timbers etc. shall be removed and properly dlsposed of . 5• 16-33 (7� The smoke detectors in the common halls are nonfunctional . 6 . t6-34 2c All openable windows shall be effectively screened suppli d by the owner. Al1 deteriorated treads shall also be replaced . 11 . 16-35 ( 1 ) The side and rear storm/screen doors shall be removed , repaired or reptaced . 12 . 18-79 . 1A Al1 of the chimneys are in disrepair and shall be removed 16-35 (4) or repaired if in use . 13 • LHR57. 18 New fire extinguishers shall be supplied to alt units . APARTMENT #4 - Vacant A reinspection of the property will be made Juty 13 , 1988 to assure progress in the correction of the violations .
