Introduction An inspection of your property following a complaint revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code,which

Item# 1 Code 17-36A Complies No Comply By 12/31/2012
Description The exterior of every structure or accessory structure including fences shall be maintained by the owner, occupant or person
authorized to use same free of conditions reflective of deterioration and/or inadequate maintenance.
Please repair those areas of the house and garage with missing and damaged siding. Repaint areas of the garage showing
bare wood. Fix the garage door and storm door. Replace detached gutters.
Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified. Please contact this office on receipt of this notice. If compliance cannot be met by the due date due to weather
conditions or other factors, please submit a schedule of compliance for all violations before the due date.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 12/31/2012

Description All rainwater shall be so drained from the roof so as not to cause dampness inside the dwelling unit and so drained as not to
allow standing water,water damage or other detrimental conditions in the dwelling. t
Please repair or replace the damaged areas of the gutters, drains and extensions. Please clean out the clogged areas of the
gutters.

Description Every dwelling unit shall be provided with 2 exits from the 1st floor.
As shown in the attached photo, access to the front door is being obstructed by overgrown limbs. Please clear the obstruction
so as to allow access to the front door.
