The Council may convene into Closed Session to discuss bargaining options, strategy
and parameters related to the negotiation of an Agreement with the Grand Opera
House Foundation for Lease and Operation of the Grand Opera House pursuant to
Section 19.85(1)(e) of the Wisconsin State Statutes where competitive bargaining
reasons require a closed session
