MOTION TO GO /NTO CLOSED SESS/ON (City Manager's Office, Room 404, City Hall) The Council may convene into Closed Session pursuant to section 19.85(1)(G)to confer with Legal Counsel who will give legal advice concerning strategy to be adopted with respect to litigation in which the City is involved pertaining to property located at 1118 South Main Street(the former Buckstaff Factory) &with respect to property located at 1000 Pioneer Drive (the former Pioneer Inn property).
