MOTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION (City Manager's Office, Room 404, City Hall) The Common Council for the City of Oshkosh may convene into closed session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(g) of the Wisconsin Statutes to confer with legal counsel who will give legal advice concerning strategy to be adopted in regard to litigation in which the City is involved pertaining to claims for unpaid fees related to extraordinary expenses incurred during the Oshkosh Pub Crawl.
