PURPOSE: APPROVAL OF SPECIAL EVENT / VIRAL EVENTS / UTILIZE
WINNEBAGO COUNTY PARK, WINNEBAGO COUNTY FAIR
GROUNDS & SUNNYVIEW ROAD FOR THEIR RUN OR DYE 5K
RACE/ AUGUST 9, 2014
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that approval is granted to Viral Events (Josh Stuart) to utilize Winnebago
County Park, Winnebago County Fair Grounds and Sunnyview Road on Saturday, August
9, 2014, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for their Run or Dye 5K event, in accordance with the
municipal code and the attached application, with the following exceptions/conditions:
A. The cleanup be completed per the submitted plan by the vacuum
truck company: Bob Panagis

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer
shall pay the City’s actual costs for extraordinary services.
