Priorities for the Month:
Continue to distribute 2014 directory
Update hours for individual businesses on the website
Continue to promote the 2014 retention grant application
Follow up calls to downtown recruitment packets
Update website pages with new pictures
Update individual website pages
Put together April’s monthly gift card promotion and featured business participant
Develop and send the monthly newsletter
Follow up meetings/calls to downtown businesses in regards to the gift card program
Send out email of advertising opportunities & road closures to mass email list
Put all advertising medias in place for the month; send out past due invoice notices

Marketing Consortium
Sent out prior minutes and agenda
Put together the monthly minutes
Help promote Destination Downtown via social media and website
Collect 2014 membership donations
Attended the monthly meeting

In the process of working on signage for Opera House Square; ordering kiosk 4/16
Temporary trash receptacles have been placed on Main St.
Coordinate Spring planting and watering with individual parties; will begin the week
before Memorial Day weekend
