This notice is written to inform you that the property listed above is in noncompliance with the referenced
sections of the City of Oshkosh Municipal Code. A service fee of$20.00 will be charged as a result of this
notice and will be invoiced under a separate mailing from the City of Oshkosh. Failure to pay the assessed
service fee will result in the fee being added as a special assessment on your property tax bill.
1. volation: 17-36B & 30-36(A)(2) Public Nuisance Affecting Property Usage - Parking: Unsightly
conditions as may tend to depreciate property values or create nuisances, hazards or eyesores shall not
be allowed on any property. There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of
designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of single family and finro family dwellings.
Required Action: At the time of inspection is was noted that snowmobiles and trailers were
being parked on the lawn. Please move them to the garage or within the driveway.
Compliance by: March 17, 2014
It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders on or before the
compliance dates specified above. A re-inspection will be made after the date of compliance to verify that the
required corrections have been made. If you are found to still be in violation you will be charged an additional
$50 service fee and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
