L. MOTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION (City Manager's Office, Room 402, City Hall)
To discuss bargaining strategy, options and parameters related to the negotiation of a
development agreement for a possible economic development project proposed for Aviation
Plaza (the former Walmart site) south Koeller Street pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c) of the
Wisconsin State Statutes where competitive bargaining reasons require a closed session.
